PRANA Pilates is a women's boutique Pilates and fitness studio in Astana, inside the PRANA space together with PRANA Thai Spa. Reformer Pilates on BendisPilates equipment, hot Pilates — the first in Astana — and the studio's own signature formats.

The essentials in brief
Who can use the gift?+
PRANA Pilates is a studio for women, so our classes are for women only. Anyone can buy and give a pass or a certificate: a husband, children, friends or colleagues.
How does a gift pass start?+
The pass is issued to the recipient's phone number and appears in her Prana app — that's why her WhatsApp number is required for a pass. It starts with her first class, but no later than 60 days after purchase.
Can she choose the type of class?+
Yes. “Reformer” — reformer Pilates for beginners and improvers, Strong, 60+ and HOT-Pilates. “Fitness” — mat Pilates, TRX, stretching, AeroStretching, Fly yoga, hatha yoga, Prenatal, HOT-Stretching, Hot Mobility, HOT-Pilates, oriental dance and Latino. “Mix” — every class from both passes. She books classes herself from the schedule in the Prana app.
Can the pass be frozen?+
Yes: a 3-month pass can be frozen for 5 days, a 6-month pass for 15 days and a 12-month pass for 30 days. 1–2-month passes can't be frozen. The studio administrator will share the details on WhatsApp +7 705 111 80 93.
What if she already has a pass?+
The gift pass is added to her passes in the Prana app. Please note: it starts no later than 60 days after purchase — even if her current pass hasn't ended yet.
Can I give private sessions?+
Give an amount certificate — she can use it to pay for private, duet or mini-group sessions with the studio administrator. She arranges the time herself, and the cost is deducted from the certificate.
How long is an amount certificate valid?+
6 months from the date of purchase — the expiry date is printed on the certificate. It can be spent on a pass, classes or studio services; if her choice costs more, she can pay the difference.
How quickly will the gift arrive?+
After you pay with Kaspi, the studio administrator confirms the payment and the gift arrives via WhatsApp — usually within 15 minutes during working hours. Nothing needs to be printed.
Which language will the gift be in?+
Russian, Kazakh or English — you choose when ordering. The card, the certificate and the WhatsApp message will be in the selected language.
