Terms of purchase and use of gift passes and certificates

  1. 1. A PRANA Pilates gift pass or certificate is an electronic document with a unique number and QR code confirming prepayment for the studio's services.
  2. 2. An amount certificate is valid for 6 months from payment; the expiry date is shown on the certificate. After it, the certificate is no longer valid.
  3. 3. A gift pass is issued to the recipient's phone number and appears in her Prana app. It starts with her first class, but no later than 60 days after payment; the number of classes and the term are as in the chosen pass. Every pass includes guest visits. Freezes: 5 days for 3-month passes, 15 days for 6-month passes, 30 days for 12-month passes; 1–2-month passes can't be frozen.
  4. 4. An amount certificate can be used for a pass, classes or studio services — including private, duet or mini-group sessions paid via the administrator; if the cost exceeds the balance, the difference can be paid.
  5. 5. Passes and certificates are not exchangeable for cash. Refunds for an unused gift are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan upon the buyer's written request.
  6. 6. Classes are booked from the schedule in the Prana app; questions — via WhatsApp +7 705 111 80 93.
  7. 7. PRANA Pilates is a studio for women. In case of health conditions or pregnancy, we recommend consulting your doctor before training and informing your trainer.
  8. 8. The recipient's name and message are printed exactly as entered by the buyer.
  9. 9. By placing an order, the buyer consents to the processing of personal data (name, WhatsApp number, email of the buyer and recipient) solely to issue and deliver the gift.
